“Nork-Marash” medical center was founded in 1993. thanks to the joint efforts of Armenian and American doctors, led by leading heart surgeon Hagob (Hrayr) Hovagimian of the Albert Star Academic Center (Portland, USA). Various non-governmental organizations and individuals from the USA, France and Great Britain supported the establishment of the center
